Dr. Cashen is a board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. She currently practices at St. Vincent Medical Center, Perrysburg Medical Center, St. Anne’s Hospital, and St. Luke’s Hospital. She currently serves as the Program Director of the General Surgery Residency Program at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.
Dr. Cashen specializes in treating a broad spectrum of general surgery conditions and has a special interest in breast and breast cancer treatments.
Dr. Cashen is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at the Michigan Osteopathic Medical Center in Detroit, MI and has been in practice since 1984.
Dr. Nazemi is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Surgery. She currently practices at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, Mercy Tiffin Hospital, Perrysburg Medical Center, and St. Luke’s Hospital.
Dr. Nazemi specializes in treating a broad spectrum of general surgical conditions and has a special interest in robotic colon surgeries.
Dr. Nazemi received her Masters of Pubic Health from the University of Texas. She is a graduate of Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed her internship and residency at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a minimally invasive surgery at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Dr. Nazemi has been in practice since 2008.
Dr. Caños is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He currently practices at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, Perrysburg Medical Center, St. Anne’s Hospital, and St. Luke’s Hospital. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Caños is also the assistant program director for the general surgery residency at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.
Dr. Caños specializes in treating a broad spectrum of general surgical conditions and has a special interest in robotic surgery. Dr. Caños has performed over 1200 robotic procedures.
Dr. Caños received his Masters of Public Health from St. Louis University. He is a graduate of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He complete his internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Following his internship, he served in the United States Navy as a general medical officer for the marines and sailors stationed at the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. He then completed his general surgery residency at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Dr. Caños again served as a general surgeon in the United States Navy carry for marines, sailors and dependents at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton from 2011-2015. Once his service was complete, he returned home to Toledo to join his trainers and mentors, Drs. Cashen and Nazemi. Dr. Caños has been in practice since 2011.
